The item was damaged or defective upon delivery

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Products returned without original condition and packaging
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item by mistake:
Exchange approval depends on stock availability and product condition
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All return and reshipping delivery charges must be paid by the customer
